Someone help pls.

Currently I still can't figure out how to post my own template.Whenever I press preview,there's always a problem like "Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly". XML error message: The element type "META" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "".Can anyone find a good and uploadable blog skin? Thanks.
